At its new warehouse site in Kalbelsketal, logistics expert Schnellecke relies on an overall concept from Jungheinrich comprising automated trucks, racking systems, roller conveyors and software for a prominent automotive manufacturer. The result: Highly efficient just-in-sequence delivery.

  • Order management via the company's own warehouse management system and Jungheinrich Logistics Interface

Solutions

  • Automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) for picking vehicle parts using QR codes
  • 3 EKS 215a AGVs with lift heights of up to 6 metres for horizontal storage in and removal from the racking
  • Conveyor technology with gravity roller conveyors including horizontal shuttle cars to supply the AGVs with goods
  • Jungheinrich Logistics Interface as communications interface for the software systems used
